I regularly get packages shipped to MSO. They are helpful, friendly and the prices are reasonable. They also have a cute pug who loves to play while you wait.

We just recently used these guys and were pretty happy with the service we received. Great place to have packages shipped to US address and drive across the border to pickup. We saved over 400.00 (including our gas money) using this service as opposed to having items shipped directly to Canada. Plus they have a very cute dog you can play with while they pick your order...lol.

My experience with Montana Shipping was excellent! The staff were friendly, patient, responsive and super helpful on my first time importing a package. I will definitely keep using their services.

As an OTR truck driver I’ve been lucky enough to have been able to cross the border throughout this whole debacle and have utilized the awesome service provided by MSO Sweetgrass location.Heidi and Sid are always welcoming and let me bring in my little pooch to have a visit with Lucky . Excellent service to have for Albertans to save on crazy shipping expenses.

Everything went so smooth!I am from Calgary, AB Canada. I wanted to order helmet that is not available in Canada but it is in America. The helmet company some reason will not ship to Canada directly :( I asked a friend about it and they said they used this place to get items that only ship to the U.SThere is a slight down side is duty and shipping costs to get it over the border but this kind of unavoidable when you buy anything from USA into Canada. But if you really want something that is not available for shipping to Canada and willing to pay extra(shipping & duty) to get it. This is the place!Will def use them again if I run into the same situation.Shout out to Heidi for answering my many questions throughout the process :)

The place isn't much to look at. And there is a mattress in the bathroom. But their computer system is flawless and they don't miss anything. I shipped 28 boxes and a crate engine to them and was loaded up in no time. No issues.
