Never seen such poor customer experience and lack of ownership.Disgusting attitude from employee Val and zero ownership and completely useless the assistant manager Sukraj.I will sue them in small claim and send a Better Business Bureau complaint for failing to honor online deal, that they admitted was a error, but did no effort to resolve it. I will cost them 1000 more than the deal I wanted them to honor.They cannot think outside of the box they look at me like a wall worse than a robot, absolutely useless saying they can do this they can do that not even trying to do anything with the machine.There's a thousand way I could have thought of solving this, but didn't even do the effort to try one of them.I know they work in a fast food and they're probably depressed about their lives, but this is the job they chose, and they have to serve clients properly, If they don't like their job apply somewhere else.

Since the renovations, they have gotten better. We stopped going to this location because we had a bad experience in the past, recently we decided to try it again and the food was good but for some strange reason my kids burger had cheese sauce in it he didn't like that but the rest of the food was ok. Also, my husband was disappointed because they didn't give him crackers with his chili. When I asked for some, they said we don't give those anymore

One of the worst places i went to! The employees don’t want to work. She kept passing people in line before me, when I asked her why are you doing that she said “ parce que je suis seul” what an answer!!! Because she is alone she doesn’t want to prepare my order!! I havent taken yet about the cleaning of the store or about the test of the food, or about the mistake happened with my order!

Waited in line for 21 minutes to place my order. And waited 10 more minutes to receive my 2 Double Dave's burger. About 8 people ahead of me. But 21 minutes to order my 2 burgers? And then 10 more minutes to get it.

Went back....Hamburgers tasted horrible. The meat tasted boiled, mushy with no flavor. Removing a star. The sides, chicken and drinks were good.Much better experience than years ago. I guess this location is doing better. The food and drinks were good. Eat too much ice in the iced coffee beverage. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Very fair prices.

Location is great. Service is fast and friendly for both drive thru and inside. Restaurant us recently renovated and clean. The drink fountain is self serve which kids love. Staff is courteous.

I have been to this Wendy's a handful of times. The burgers are pretty good, it hits the spot when needed. Service could be very slow at times. Restaurant is always dirty, tables rarely cleaned same goes with the floor, the beverage area and were you can get your straws , ketchup as well. Honestly I've never seen the place clean , same goes with the bathrooms...

I made my order at 5:27 and only received it at 6:07. There isn’t anything fast about this “fast food” if it takes 40 minutes to serve.The cashier was nice and apologized multiple times but the staff is only teenage girls working with no sense of urgency whatsoever.The food was good but would only recommend if you’re not in a rush.

We just went to this Wendy's and ordered 2 scone breakfast sandwiches. When I opened the order the scones were hard as a rock and burnt. Like why would you serve this to a client? I'm gonna pass by later to get refunded. Never ever going back!
