We lived here for 9 years but after the landlord left things weren't the same. Never got new carpets, wouldn't even put a fresh coat of paint in the 9 years we lived there. leaky ceilings(normally from lots of rain), insane rent increase, laundry was always full or broken. Normally had to put your clothes through twice for them to dry. there is no parking said it would be done by Nov 2021. As far as I understand there still is currently no parking. Glad we moved when we did.

Do NOT rent here. Kingsley management is absolutely appalling. They took away everyone's parking and provided no viable solutions and left us all out in the cold (literally). They DO NOT care about thier tenants in any way. These are some of the worst living conditions I have ever had to deal with. Save yourselves all the stress in the world and stay as far away from Kingsley Management Ltd. as you possibly can. The units are cramped and the turnover rate for on-site superintendents is ridiculous.

Lived here over 10 yrs, am paying for parking which we haven't had for so long, being seniors we feel we should be compensated for all this inconvenience. when will the parking be finished? another year?

Love the apartment and location. The new building manager has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and truly cares, big improvements have been made :)
