Story of Brampton Central - Hazelview Properties

As nice as the building may seem, the management in this building is just the worst. A relative of mine had the worst experience dealing with the management there. We booked the party room for which they took $1000 as a deposit that they returned 2 weeks later! On top of that, my relative dealt with Lesly Herrera, who refused to give back the deposit even though there was absolutely no damage to anything in the party room. She said that since there were kids running in the party room and that there were tables in the room costing thousands of dollars that she had the right to withhold the deposit. She made condescending and outright rude remarks when speaking to us.I understand that the party room is new and there are precautions that needs to be taken but being spoken with in such a manner is just unacceptable especially when there was absolutely no damage done in the room.This woman needs to learn how to speak in a professional manner and there should be action that needs to be taken against her. I hope the management makes better decisions when hiring such employees.

I moved here recently and Abhi has made the lease transfer process very simple and clear. He is always there whenever I needed some help! He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always tries to understand from the perspective of the tenant. So glad that he is there in the team to help us.

The apartment I have acquired is truly the best I could have ever hoped for. Abhineet played a pivotal role in ensuring that we secured this amazing living space. His assistance throughout the process was nothing short of exceptional. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, he was readily available to address them. Moreover, Abhineet went above and beyond by facilitating our early move-in to this beautiful apartment.I must also mention Claudia, who was equally helpful and courteous in all our interactions. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location of the apartment is fantastic, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful.

So here is my story. I have been wandering here and there for weeks searching for my next home and then I met this guy, Abhineet Dhawan! It only took me a few hours to decide on my next home, such a wonderful person he is. He was kind enough to explain each and every detail of the unit and the building including amenities. He showed me around available units and he was honest with every process from start until signing the lease. It is not easy when you come from another country and start looking for the best place, and I found one, all thanks to him. Kudos to the management for having such a nice and caring person on their team. Can't wait to move in and explore the neighborhood of Brampton. Thank you again and good luck.

I wanted to wait to provide a complete review of my Story...It was the middle of March 2023, my friend and I met Leasing Agent Tania who gave us a thorough tour of the building, then showed us a couple of units. We expressed an interest in one particular unit and the Story begins, but we had questions, many questions, and Tania was there to answer them all no matter the time.The end of May arrived, my friend and I just got back from a Cruise, the very next day I began moving in, this is where Resident Services Specialist Claudia came into the Story... She was amazing, arranging the move in date, getting all the required paperwork completed, answering more questions, and finally handing over the keys!I can't forget James, the in-house building Security, he was amazing setting up and watching over the elevator for the Movers... Then a few days later the Story continued, doing the same three short times in a row to take delivery of new furniture.There were a few minor issues found at move-in that needed to be fixed up in our unit, Agustin, building Maintenance joins the Story, he took care of everything for us in no time.Everyone I've met here so far is pretty friendly, both staff, residents and pets, yes this is a pet friendly building, there's even a small Pet Spa" on the main floor to bathe your furry friend! The Story gets even better... Management recently held an awesome Roof Top Terrace Grand Opening Event

Worst condo apartment I ever lived. There stupid management team always do testing and it’s like going from last 3 weeks from 9 to 5 for fire alarm. I’m not able to do work from home and conduct meeting because of there annoying alarm which keeps buzzing till 5pm and also there is any time power cut in the building without any notice. I don’t know what’s wrong with this building. Now if I talk about there rent, it’s so high approx 3000 dollars in which people can’t live peacefully here. Also, when you go to the reception you’ll find nobody to do complaint or to ask for any help. I will definitely not recommend this building to rent. Save your money and rent a good place and not at all this place. I am attaching a video of this alarm which is running from last 3 weeks daily from 9am to 5pm and this is how they are torturing us.

If you are considering moving into this beautiful condo, I HIGHLY suggest asking for the leasing agent Tania. She is professional, personable, educated on the building and has excellent customer service. Some leasing agents in other apartments and/or condos can be quite unprofessional and abrasive. Tania made me feel at ease, comfortable and informed. She will go above and beyond to ensure your experience is personable and you feel like you can call 205 Queen Street East your home. They are so lucky to have a leasing agent like Tania! Thank you again Tania.

The best apartment I could've ever get. Abhineet was very helpful in getting us an appartment here. He was always available if we had any queries regarding anything. Not only this, he even helped us to move-in early to this beautiful apt. Claudia was also very helpful and polite in all matters. The location is great and the staff is also very wonderful
