The care of the staff that assist my mother is wonderful. Nurses and care workers treat her with kindness and respect. I am very appreciative of this support. Unfortunately, the only area of concern is the welcoming at the entrance. The majority of the front door staff are excellent and wonderful to interact with. I have even contacted their head office to praise them. However, recently I have felt negative treatment by only one individual. Hopefully, this individual will pick up the methods used by the other receptionist, treat all visiting family members equally and understand treatment of a resident’s family is a priority. Myself, as well as many others, have a quickly reducing time to be with our family and time with loved ones is so needed.It is important that I stress the care for the residents is excellent and I am only expressing one concern that I have experienced.

Fantastic place...the staff are wonderful, caring and attentive. They take care of my grandmother very well and would recommend Glenwarren Lodge to anyone needing help. Bless you all.

Caring for folk with memory and related issues involves a lot of love, patience and knowledge. Here our loved one is well cared for by staff who really care about assisting people and strive to be as helpful and effective as possible. We have no reservations at all and we’re grateful to be guests at Glenwarren

Loved this place once but now I have my doubts, uncommunicative, lacking professional care. Has fallen a lot very old one star

This home had my mother in their care for 4 days and she left in an ambulance in renal failure. They do not respond to patients ringing for nurses, don't bring you water, scream at patients whi have fallen out of thrit beds in the middle of the night because of no guard rails on beds, bathe once a week, there are firr hazards everywhere. I would not leave my dog there overnight and expect it to be alive the next day. If you care for the person who you are considering to put into a facility at all, DO NOT EVER LEAVE THEM AT GLENWARREN.

I am totally impressed with all of the safety measures Glennwarren Lodge has in place to keep their residents and staff safe during this pandemic! The staff truly try their best to ensure the residents stay safe and the work so well with each other.
