KW Healthy Living Medical Centre (Walk-in Hours May vary)

It is apparently open until 6pm.We got there at 5.15pm and the doctor had already left.The explanation was that they already had enough patients for that thay...

It's a Walk-in Clinic but they also book appointments, so you can expect to wait forever unless you book in advance. Came in with three people in front of me. All three have gone in, as well as seven more people. I'm just sitting waiting still. Doctors who take walk ins to fill the gaps are NOT a walk in. I'll never come here again. Worst service ever. Four people have walked out while I've been waiting. Almost two hours now. Don't ever come here. It's a joke.

Doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate enough considering work load. Receptionists are busy and professional. It's true what some have said about wait times for walk ins being occasionally longer than reasonable. This is due to the fill in the gaps system in place and the fact the doctors actually take the time with each patient and that can lead to increased wait time.

Worst clinic in the tri city's by far. I've been to over 10 different clinics and this one is the worst. The vast majority of the time they just turn you away, even if the place is empty, very suspicious. The secretary's are the most disrespectful and terrible people I've ever met in the workplace.

Worst place on earth. You might just want to go to straight to ur grave then come here. Wish some government body would look into this place

The doctors are nice here, no problem at all. The only problem is the receptionist. She's the worst receptionist I've ever encountered. She's rude and never listen to the patients. I've been requesting a records transfer to my new doctor and it never happened because she keeps moving the date that she says for me to call; She will say Thursday but then when I call on Thursday she will then say on Tuesday and this kept happening.

Get ready for your simple case to be extended and delayed for weeks and weeks and i am not even exaggerating. I don't know what reception does but the doctors are even more amazing. One of there doctor literally look at my lower back report and said what can I do for your shoulder...When I corrected him he said he doesn't see any lower back report and that I have to contact reception again. This was just one of the example. I am not mentioning other goofups they did. I am frustrated and tired of this and it's been going on for months now.If you run this clinic and are reading the review, you need to make some changes and you know exactly what I am saying here.Thank-you

Not sure if we will be coming back again.Even though the day is considered a walk in day, be prepared that they still have appointments scheduled during that time with only one doctor, using the walk ins to fill in time" between appointments. Probably would have been alright if they weren't also running behind because the doctor came in 2 hours late. As of now we have been waiting almost 3 hours as a walk in

all round bad place, they are a WALK IN clinic, yet when i came, they told me they were only doing virtual meetings and nobody was there to help me, i understand covid puts stress on the system, but again a walk in clinic is not the kind of place that you can or should do over the phone or pc, just awful and their website did not mention this at all

Dr. Habib is a great doctor. He takes the time to really listen to you. He also considers what you want rather than assuming he knows best. His bedside manner is great. Very easy to talk to.His staff are also very nice and generally very on top of things.Sometimes they are running behind and you have to wait awhile, but generally they're quite punctual. Refreshing for a doctor's office.
