A Towing

I parked at wrong place at wrong time which is understandable but getting my car damaged while getting towed and staff responds were, it is all part of game is not proper way of doing business. Management never called me back to listen to my claim. I did fill out form, called and left many messages for Managments.They simply are the worse towing services with bad management!!!

The dispatcher was extremely rude and unprofessional. After telling us that it was going to be “two more hours” until we are able to get a tow, I had to figure out another way to get home. Half an hour later when I called to cancel, she said that there was a towing truck pulling on site right now and will still be charging us a service fee.

Since the private parking infraction" debacle of a few years ago

BEWARE! A-Towing is a typical CROOKED tow truck company. They use their TPS contract to their advantage. They wrongfully tow cars off private lots and extort car owners for $178. I strongly advise those being wrongfully towed to avoid paying their release fees and contact police right away. Also, how is a tow truck company legally allowed to operate when their workers are so careless with vehicles? Expect your vehicle to have damage when picking up. Not a good idea to piss a lot of car owners off. Avoid this company at all cost, many more reputable towers out there.

I had an emergency on a Friday and googled towing in Toronto...Called the number and the guy was there in 10 minutes. I told him I'd never been towed before so he clearly explained everything he was going to do and asked me where I wanted to go (dealer) and asked me if I had any questions. Went with him to the dealer and he put my car right where they needed it. Clean truck, polite driver....all in all a first class experiance

Very bad cheating company , I parked my car at Donmills and Finch and went to the bank my car was towed and paid $170 to get it out. Just for less than 40 minutes. Very careful and lady with a black dodge caravan running around and within a moment u stepped out she will call the company and they will tow your car for $180 dollars. Don’t do business with A towing service Ltd.

Two words - Stay away.These guys do not care about your vehicle - they drive recklessly. They caused numerous scratches and damage to the underside of my parents' car.Not only that, they are outright irresponsible and refused to acknowledge they caused the damage, especially when the vehicle is a month new with pictures less than a week old. The manager Brodie did not even look at the vehicle or talk to his truck driver - just outright denied it without any follow-up or verification - simply blind denial.Had to get the police involved to verify the damages.Poor customer service (the rep Brodie started shouting profanity when confronted...), lack of business sense and ethics. Obviously stay away.As a Canadian Chartered Accountant - appalled to see such a business in existence - hopefully this experience will steer others clear of this company. Such acts should not go unnoticed.

I needed to get my car towed out of an underground garage. I dropped by to speak with someone and the clerk at the desk was extremely confrontational and just acting like a complete a-hole. I was taken aback by this level of unprofessionalism. I would never want someone like that behaving with customers in such a manner. No problem, I will take my business elsewhere.

called for a tow a guy comes dents and scratches the bumper admits to it, Friday night tells me to call the office on Monday for the person who deals with accidents. I call, driver said on the report that it was already dented and scratched. Nice move, So now they don't have to pay for damages I would have to take them to small claims court to settle it. This company is so shady

I had a flat tire on the side of the 401. I was changing it myself and a driver pulled up. He threatened to call the police on me unless i paid him $20. I am not sure if it is legal to change a tire on the side of the highway or not but I paid the money for the driver to leave me alone. Don't use this companies services, they are immoral criminals.
