Went to this store in the evening about 30 minutes before the store closing time and was a little skeptical about how we would be received given that it was close to the store closing time. Miranda was such a pleasant person to deal with who never seemed bothered that we came in quite late. She took the time to help my wife with her questions and recommended products based on the discussion. If anyone needs to look at someone who truly enjoys what they do and take pride in their work, look no further than Miranda! My wife and son absolutely loved shopping there to the extent that my wife even asked if there are any days that Miranda is off, so we can visit only on the days that she's there!!Keep up the fantastic work, Miranda! We look forward to seeing you the next time we are there!

Less than impressed. Employee assured me there wasn't an ingredient i was allergic to in a product. Got home read the ingredients which im glad i did because said ingredient was in product. Tossed it back into the bag to return. Went to return product and couldn't because she didn't put the receipt in the bag as asked... Not even sure where she put it. Was told i could exchange or be given store credit once agreed they then informed me i would only be given 5$ because of a deal they had... $5 was not the price i had payed there was even a sticker on the front with the price. What is someone going to buy with 5$ there.Guess ill be switching all my face care stuff out as im not about to go back in there again after that :(

Late review, visited may be over 2 months ago. I believe her name is SUVI, she went above and beyond to help me create a very simple routine according to my requirements on spot. Such interactions always leave good impression of store and brand.

I have been your store on April 11, 2023. Two store staffs talked with each other when they are on duties. One staff was sit on the chair and one staff was stand. They will damage your store image. Thank you for your attention!

I am wondering is the body shop paper bags is costs a lot ?I walk in the store at Oshawa location on yesterday , request one of the staffs i want to have two paper bags as i bought some items from the shop before. She told me she can't, as they run out the paper bags in Christmas. Also, the store need to store the bags for the other customers too !Well...Thx for the reply and concerns, in case you want to deal with this issues with the sales rep. As I went to the store on last Thursday around 4p.m, and the sales rep who is young and with the long blonde hair !
