I purchased a Boundary Land Survey for a 40 X 110 size residential lot and was charged astronomical price of $2,091. I paid for it in full. When I asked Mr George Jerome if he or one his employees could come out and physically show me the steel rods he supposedly placed in the ground. He said he would get back to me in three weeks or more and would charge me an additional fee for the visit. You would think Mr George Jerome showing me the steel rods would be included in the price since I literally paid him to show me my property boundary lines and install the steel rods. This was a total rip off. Thanks for nothing.

When asked for a PDF format of a PAID SURVEY. They asked me to go to kinkos. Extremely unprofessional.
