Very good service...when they're looking to sell you something. Spent $2000 there a month ago on new tires (and overpriced brakes). Got a flat on one of the new tires and was just told it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. Do yourself a favour and stick to a neighbourhood mechanic.Edit: Editing this review to reflect the effort made to address the situation, manager called and apologized assuring me there was miscommunication. By that time I had already addressed the flat. Would have been nice to get this kind of service in the first place, but at least they seem to committed to following through.

Highly inappropriate behaviour. No greeting behaviour at all. Infact rude staff. They dont follow their commitments.No way to register your complaint if you are stuck in some process, then you are stuck forever, no one will listen to you.Highly disappointed...

Working with Serine Haddadi was an absolute pleasure! Serine is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Rav4 took about couple days. The best part – Serine stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Serine if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. Showed up for my appointment at 10 AM, as previously discussed with the sales person. I was told I do not have an appointment. Had to wait 50 minutes to be finally be told that what I needed could be done over the phone.1. I was told it would be a quick in and out but had to wait 50 minutes which made me late to all my other appointments.2. I did not even need to show up to the shop this could have been made from a distance.Do not go there if you want things to be quick.
