Went to get a replacement battery 2 and a half weeks ago. I was told they need to order one, that’s okay. I phone a couple of times to check the status. No one knew anything. Went today in person to check status they didn’t even have the order. They had to go through the process of ordering one again. When I said are you kidding I started to get attitude. I need the battery so I didn’t say anything

Went there in person for my big dog alpha got served decently... Have called back twice one very recently to get a new bag for my mower spoke to a man the first Time and a women the second both took my number and info... I'm still waiting for my tires and bag... Poor customer service, at least they don't want to help you if you didn't purchase Equipment from them is the attitude I get, now I know why majority of us have to resort to the bigger guy off the 401, it's sad dealers have that attitude
