Unsatisfactory! We had a problem with our house appraisal, it was very low and ensured us a great monetary loss, so we asked for justifications and tried to communicate with them to review our appraissal. Our house was compared to houses 20+ years difference!! After all, our house is our biggest investment, but they did not reconsider our appraisal, let alone fixed the many mistakes and discrepencies in our report. Customer service zero! thanks for the stressful experience.

HORRIBLE Appraisal Company, No Service, Rude Staff I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. READ MY STORY. I had an appraisal done by them a few month back, been in the house for only a year and had to move because of work. My house lost 15 000$ in value in a year with their evaluation without any rock solid proof that the market dropped which is actually going up. I discovered that the appraiser evaluated the house with personal feelings, plus the report; I sent it for professional review and got 5 major errors on the report that was not making it VALID. So I had to spend another few 100 of $$$$ to get another appraisal company to do my evaluation because it was just so wrong and stressful to deal with them and they did not want to cooperate showing their errors in front of them How RUDE!!!! So the other company that are well known and have a lot of years and degrees in this domain were so helpful and gave me the real value of my house which is 45 000$ more than the bad report.You lost me as a client and I know i am not the only one.
