Absolutely horrible service. Isabelle should be fired immediately. They charge outrageous amounts for their insurance, often asking you to pay upfront for a 6 month term. Then, when your 6 month term is up, they tell you they’ve sent documents for you to sign when they haven’t sent anything. Wait, I’m not finished… when you don’t receive their imaginary documents, they renew your policy after you’ve asked to have it cancelled. Best part yet, they wait a year to call you to tell all this, so by the time you’re notified it’s too late to do anything.
