I haven't met yet such a knowledgeable doctor Kristina Mokhir (at such a young age, what will be in 10 years))) ) for a long time, who combines several eares in her work with the patient, both traditional western medicine and centuries-old eastern base. I am delighted.

I went to see Dr. Bjorgaard for the first time today. His staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit nervous about talking about my ailments with a stranger but Dr. Bjorgaard took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what was happening in a way I could understand and I felt 8 times better than when I walked in that door. He was patient, informative, kind, and very helpful.

Best experience I ever had with a chiropractor, Dr. Andrew was amazing he took his time and you can feel he genuinely cares. It’s not like other places where your in and out less then 5 min.I highly recommend seeing him, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr Sheldon is a fabulous ND with such a broad knowledge base, he’s down to earth and so genuine. Jessica at the front desk is amazing at her job and always makes me feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place!

Honestly I would not go anywhere else!!!! The receptionists ARE AMAZING!!!! She friendly and funny :). And Jeffery is amazing and very helpful!!!Jessica is a receptionist here and always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND when it comes to getting appointments, rescheduling appointments, and even explaining what everyone does to help clients out health wise.I have been to see Davinder, Jeffery and Andrew and now Felicia and they have been THE MOST AMAZING HELPFUL people on earth!!!And the reception is the most wonderful friendly ladies that there isDevinder is the counsellor there and I have struggled to find someone who will ever listen to how I feel or what I’m going thru!!! I have always been scared to talk to a male counsellor but he listens and helps you thru things!!! He doesn’t sugar coat everything and make u believe everything is just alright!!!!Andrew is the chiropractor there and OMG HES A MIRACLE WORKER!!!he explains what he needs to do and make sure you understand everything before he even starts working on you!!!Jeffery is the RMT HERE AND HE MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE and goes over things as wellFelicia is also an RMT here. I seen her today for a work injury, it was a painful massage due to the injury, but she made sure I was ok from start to finish and even made sure I knew what to expect in the coming days. She makes you feel welcomed and absolutely comfortable and explains everything as to how you can make things better when you’re in pain.10000000% reccomend going here if YOU EVER NEED ANYTHING health related.

Dr. Kristina Mokhir was very thorough, and seems to know her stuff. I got a lot of helpful recommendations to move me along in the right direction on my wellness journey. Looking forward to continuing to work with her and also bringing my family to see her as we transition into more natural ways to care for ourselves.

I was t-boned in late November, I sought out massage once i was cleared and found Andrew at Dimensions, he is great, super respectful, knowledgeable and I always leave feeling way better. He always explains what he is going to do and why. I would recommend him for any injury related massages.
