Daniel is an amazing home inspector. He is extremely thorough! And his reports make it easy for even new home buyers to understand. The reports come with recommendations on how to fix or improve an area of concern, but his reports are still objective and leave the decision making up to the buyers.He has great communication. Amazing, reassuring and obviously knowledgeable service!!Sir Daniel allayed any concerns I MIGHT have, had I asked the questions FIRST but he is on the ball and will let you know before you can ask. And the attention to detail is great.He is very keen on explaining how things should’ve been done relying on his experience. He takes the time to explain how one can rectify any minor/major issues in a house so that you can get a good sense if you can be comfortable with your offer.Sir Daniel is the only home inspector I have had the privilege to deal with and it would be extremely hard for me to have to consider using someone else. I don’t think I have to go out on a limb here to say you won’t regret using Klopson Home Inspection.

Mr.klopson did a home inspection for me and i could not be happier with the results. He came early to make sure he could get nice shots of the second story roof with his drone. Throughout his inspection, daniel was there walking me through whatever he noticed and he practically gave me the report orally on site. He came back with his report within 24 hours of the property walk. Super thorough, very knowledgeable, and very attentive to my concerns and questions throughout the inspection.
