I took them at their word that the job was completed as discussed; it was raining that day and I didn't bother to check before they left. They charged me the maximum amount that we discussed, even though they didn't remove all the items. I am off work with an injury, otherwise I would have never used a service and disposed of all the items myself; I was forced to remove the last of the items at great effort, discomfort and additional expense to me. Will not use this service again.

Contacted in the morning and they picked up my old couch within a few hours. Very polite cheerful workers who were very efficient. My only complaint is the price - it seemed a little steep ($138 + GST) for one couch. Nevertheless I would recommend the company because everything was handled so well.

I was extremely happy with the 2 gentlemen who were prompt, professional , reasonably priced and offered to remove extra furniture at no extra cost. They made the whole process so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend these Workers to anyone needing help moving junk. It was a lifesaver

We recently used this company and had a great experience. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly, removing anything we pointed to. We have never used a junk removal company before so I cannot speak to the pricing but for us it was well worth it. Just Junk did the hard work and we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you

Called this company to remove some junk and in an email stated they will come and look at was to be removed instead asked for a picture once the picture was sent he estimated $166 which was ok then a few hous later called back said it was going to be $385 and if they had to come out and look at it we would be charged extra they did not come out and look at it at all like stated went by a picture this company is a complete rip off I had to ask my nabour to give me a had and the total price was $30 do not use this company for anything

The Just Junk Team was professional and courteous. They called ahead and were able to arrive early, which was a bonus for us. They were transparent and fair in pricing up front and worked to load everything quickly. They had everything quoted, loaded up, and payment finalized in 15 mins!

They were on time, courteous and removed my things carefully so as mot to cause any damage and they worked quickly. I am definitely planning on using them again when I complete the rest of my move out.
