They were prompt about scheduling the appointment and showed up on time. While digging they damaged our sprinkler system (punctured a line). They did not repair their mistake, recommend a sprinkler company to fix it, nor did they offer to waive the $65 digging fee (I think they knocked $25 off). They left the hole with the line exposed for myself to repair at my own inconvenience/cost. The repair was simple, which is why they should have fixed the line and buried it. Thankfully the house will be sold before I’ll need another septic pump out again. Hard pass for me.
