Kevin Lau is INCREDIBLE!!! He was able to find missing RSP contributions for my husband for the last 5 years! He helped submit amendments for those years to get back the additional return. We will be back every year to see Kevin. H&R...you are very lucky to have such an individual working for you.

Front desk is amazing, accountant was questionable. Do not recommend using if you have more than a T4. Quick methods are pushed. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

Not impressed. She took my taxes and went off to hide in some corner to do them instead of doing them in front of me so I could ask questions etc .I won't be back for her to do them again. I think some credits might have been missed and I'm wondering if I can redo my return again with some one else.
