I have been trying to find bras that truly fit for years at this point! I’m 5’1, plus sized and wear a 36J. The consultant that I had an appointment with was so respectful, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! She worked with my needs, my budget, my body type, and made it feel easy to buy beautiful bras for the first time in my life. I never once felt my choice was limited and actually had plenty of options to choose from in the end. Would 100% recommend!

Bought 4 bras. I must say the person who helped me was very professional and guided me through the process. However, wearing the bras at home have been really painful. I will have to purchase some everyday bras and use these for special occasions. Although the bras gave a good shape, the boning digs into my skin and my sides feel compressed. If you have larger breasts, I strongly advise buy 1 bra and making sure the fit works for a workday.

I scheduled an appointment for a fitting. The website was super easy to use for scheduling. The fitting was excellent. The staff were nice, helpful, and professional. I never felt uncomfortable at all. They quickly helped me find a handful of bras and dial in the fit. I'm delighted with the service, and my purchases. I can highly recommend!

I finally tried Bra Chic because a friend raved about them, but I found them the owner to be snooty and she pushed a bra on me that was hugely expensive and wasn't really my exact size, which she swore was 'just like your size' -- kind of like when shoe salespeople tell you that they can make it fit by stretching the shoe, but it does nothing. I bought two anyway, and within 24 hours the one I was wearing was digging into me. So I called and asked if I could bring the other back and after the manager checked with the owner said yes, but only for store credit. And then when I brought it back she gave me a lecture saying I don't know how to wear a bra and insisting it was my size, when it very clearly wasn't. I won't ever go to Bra Chic again. Waste of Money. There are other excellent bra stores in Ottawa which will also measure you, but not lie about what fits you to make a sale.

Went last week as a walk in and had a great experience. I had an apprentice take care of me and she was already very knowledgeable and helpful. She surprised me with how quickly she got my size after just measuring my underbust, the very first item she brought was almost a perfect fit! unsurprisingly the bras in this store are a bit higher price then in larger chain stores but the range of size, quality of the items, and the service are well worth it in my opinion.

Great service and friendly staff. Staff was very helpful and understood what works well for larger breasts. Will definitely be back!

Holy smokes. I’ve gotten fitted before elsewhere and surprisingly came in with the right size. However, after an hour with Lindsay, I’ve discovered that the right size isn’t everything. She pulled dozens of different bras for me to try, all in the “right size” and they all fit differently. The selection is endless and I left with the best fitting bras of my life. I was beaming with excitement and that has never happened to me. Granted, these are investments, and you better believe I will actually be hand washing them.
