There's also construction noise to enjoy for the last 3.5 years next door at the Centro building that will overshadow your unit. It's great. Buy a place here and you'll regret it just like I did."

The Azure Condominium staff are very responsive and supportive.That said, unrelated to Azure's quality and service, is being aware of a rental scam in which someone is posing as an owner of a rental unit at Azure and offering the luxury unit for ~$1500 per month. I am sure the scammer changes their narrative often, but they claim to be a retiree to Spain and seeking someone to rent the unit across a long-time span.My recommendation is to call Azure Condominium before responding to any rental postings for there.
