Taiyaki is good, though it's square. The butter they add on top gives it a nice taste along with the filler of choice. Filler is only in the fish and not the rest of the taiyaki. The snow cones are layered so you won't have to worry about your choice of flavor disappearing after eating the top layer. 1 large serving was enough for 4 prior to share when I went. Nice place for dessert if you're around the area. Recommended.

It's a fantastic summer dessert. Bingsu looks lovely and tastes even better in Snowy Village. This refreshing treat is worth a try, especially for those who have never had it before.

This is a good dessert place to cater to your sweet cravings. Their bingsoo desserts are tasty but really really sweet, especially the Oreo cookie flavored slushy. It's almost literally like drinking sweet milk flavored syrup; These things are huge so probably 1 to share between 2-3 people is more than enough. Can't justify 5 stars because for what it is, quite expensive.

We went Saturday, lucky it's not that busy because the place is quite small, clean though. It's a little bit pricey but the serving size is big. Well some of them are shareable but even the regular size is pretty big. I love the combination of the taste of the fruit and the shaved ice with milk. It's not overpowering the sweetness of the fruit. I can't say much of the customer service because it's almost just as come and go except they're fast. Well they're not rude to me but they really don't smile, at all... But I really love the dessert, so 5 star for now.

We ordered the chocolate bingoo. The dessert was extremely underwhelming and quite honestly a waste of money.If there was snow outside I could put some in a bowl and cover with dry hot chocolate powder myself. There was no chocolate syrup in it, as stated in the description. There was chocolate powder on the top. and some in the middle.After getting through the top, the middle was just eating plain unflavored extremely cold “snow”Cool idea. 2 stars for the guy who was working. but honestly save your money

My kids and I got there at 7:30pm. They close at 8:00pm. The guy there said it's only takeout option now so we ended up doing that since my kids were really looking forward to it. Told him we can eat quickly but he said no and it's only take out. It's pretty poor customer service and poor business etiquette. We did half flavors and I can't believe it cost more since they're not adding more fruits, rather reducing one of them to put a 2nd flavor of fruit in. The experience of it was definitely not the same when you take it home to eat. And as mentioned from a previous reviewer....also no whip cream on top.Fair to say I will not being giving them any more business.

Great little place. AMAZING food quality and taste. Super busy, but the staff are warriors in killing lines.I just have one suggestion, if they could add fruit as an option for the cheesecake bingsoo that would be an absolute blast.

I got the Mango Bingsoo to go, however when I got home and took it out of the bag I noticed the gentleman who made my order did not put any whipped topping. The prices are ridiculously absurd and they actually charge you more if you are ordering to go. So if I am being asked to pay extra for a takeout order I would expect it will be made the same as if I am dining in, if not better. I was also charged for a paper bag without being asked if I needed one. I even had to ask for a spoon since the worker didn't provide one in the bag which is an essential utensil to have this dessert. Customer service is lacking, there was no proper greeting or a simple 'thank-you have a good day' after my order was ready, just uncomfortable radio silence. I will definitely try more items on the menu but not from this location.
