Staff is always very quick and friendly and are super helpful in customizing drinks (for example lower sugar options for diabetics)

I went to this Starbucks recently and most of the baristas are super nice and kind, they let me and my husband sit outside even after they were closed, however the barista that made my drink forgot to put cold foam on my drink, and after tasting it I realized he didn't put the syrups that I paid extra for. Attention to detail and making sure the order is correct is something Starbucks is really good for, so I was disappointed that a drink I paid $8.20 for wasn't what I asked for.

Its so disappointing considering this is my closest Starbucks within an hour…customer service was excellent! The only thing is every single drink I have got from this Starbucks, since they opened , there has always been something wrong with my drink, every time. Ranges from no vanilla cold foam, no syrups and not substituting for dairy alternatives plus these are all extra charges they add on… Extremely disappointed, today I wasted an extra $3.00 for no reason.Update- Don’t go there. You’ll waste your time and money. 20 minute wait for 2 drinks today , they messed up the order, fixed it and all of our replacements were wrong once again.

Love having a location so close, but it is hit miss most of the time. Sometimes, you get the correct drink, and sometimes you get the drink you ordered made correctly. If you let the staff know something was incorrect, you get an attitude from them. Hopefully, it gets better over time.

It took awhile to get service, I went to the washroom and washed my hands while I waited for the cashier to get done doing other things. Then I waited at the other end for about 10 minutes for my drink that somehow ended up at the drive thru counter. For a black coffee with a shot of espresso, it was not a convenient stop.

Very nice place. Glad it opened. The staff seems quite junior and lacking experience. Therefore, the service is extremely slow. Smiles are not a thing.

Had a great time enjoying some coffee with family . Staff were very friendly and order took little to no time to be prepared. Overall very clean as well .

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ordered from.....Waited 20 min in the drive through with 8 cars in front of us. When we finally got to the window, there was no apology or acknowledgment for the extended wait. After driving off we realized they didn't get our order right. Save yourself time and money, there is a Tims next door. We definitely won't be back.
