After all that time, I wasn’t even sure we could get a replacement part. I called Karen, who had Harold come to our house take down the blind, replace the part and return it to us, all in the space of 2 days!We were SO impressed! Great service from both Karen and Harold. Both were very friendly and professional. While at my home, we discussed window covering options. Karen was very knowledgeable and provided great tips, ideas and recommendations. They took measurements of all my windows and Karen provided me with a very reasonable quote on the spot.
