I cannot recommend MIE Autobody enough. They consistently go above and beyond for their clients, offer reasonable rates and complete the work on time. Plus after all that, they stand behind their work. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best mechanics in Brockville. Scott and his team are honest and their rates are great. I am extremely picky when it comes to decide where to bring my car and this is my go-to shop for any kind of work! They won't repair what doesn't need to and provide great advice. They do bodywork and also have an alignment station.Thanks again for the great work on my girlfriend's car, you have made customers for life. Cheers!

Best shop in town. Used by many of my friends and family, highly recommended. Busy place but able to get appointments within a day or two. Honest and upfront, they called me while my car was up in the hoist to let me know exactly how much everything would cost. No surprises and fair prices. I went in thinking I needed break pads, turned out I didnt. Kudos to them for being honest and not just replacing them to make a buck!

Team at Mie was very professional. They were recommended by an auto parts business in Brockville. Their shop and offices were well organized and their staff was knowledgeable and clearly very capable. Doug has excellent communication skills - we were kept apprised of the repairs, the costs and the timeline. They stepped up to help me despite very hot and humid conditions on a Friday afternoon! Impressive. Looking forward to doing business with them again soon. I live in Ottawa but will return to Brockville for next repair at Mie!

This review is a better late than never review. (I'm in the reviewing mood today). I had my SUV in for work back in March 2020 right before the height of COVID. They replaced a wheel bearing for me as well as a tire sensor, did an oil change, etc. Their staff (Sig & Scott) are super friendly, professional and straight up. If you want a give it to you straight garage they are it. They gave me an update on what my SUV would need (later this year for the overall safety of the vehicle) and what I could leave. Usually when you go into a garage it's sell, sell, sell.... and sometimes up-sell. In this case it was simply you will need to change your brake pads this fall (must) but everything else looks pretty good. I left the garage feeling confident and comforted knowing that everything was good for the time being. Would I take my SUV back to them? Absolutely! Have I been telling my friends and family about them ~ uh huh! This is a refreshing change to the garages in the past who were more concerned about my pocket book than my health, safety and welfare. Kudo's MIE to a great garage and a great asset to the community.

Driver door needed to be repaired and it was done pretty fast and price was fair! I plan on fully restoring my truck to its former glory and will definitely bring it there for anymore repairs I can’t do myself.

Doug and his crew did a excellent job on my Honda civic after a fender bender very professional workmanship and super customer service they even polished the headlights without me asking.

Drove in with a parking brake problem. They assessed our truck and ordered cables for the next day. Also did a disk brake change that was need and an oil changeVery timely service and reasonable price. Great staff
