I thought the test was thorough and professional. I know my hearing was bad but and test shows the same. However they are in the business of selling hearing aids. When you read that it costs $200 to make a pair yet they sell for $5k, something is wrong.

Staff are friendly, compassionate, and walk you through a sometimes weird process with explanations and kindness. They answer questions, are patient, and are genuinely good people. Definitely made an unusual experience (hearing issues) much easier to deal with.

Noliwe, the audiologist, was careful and helpful when fitting the hearing aid. She remembers, as some don't, that when the heating aid is out of your way you can't hear. Other specialists often continue talking after they ask you to take out the hearing aid!
