I Have Been With Dr Kassis For Years Now And She Is Hands Down The Best And Most Caring Doctor I Have Ever Had!! Tony And Her Secretary's Are The Best Also! Oh And Don't Forget Their Caring pharmaceutical Team I Would Recommend Marketplace Medical Center To Everyone In The Milton Area!!! 10/10

I had my appointment about my Diabetes with Dr. Christopher Foster. I was impressed with how thorough he was. Answered all my questions and more. Very comfortable to talk to. Explained how everything works in detail. I was so happy as doctors usually make you feel rushed, but not this doctor. I felt he truly cared about my issues and gave me all avenues to help me move forward. His staff was very pleasant. Office had a happy atmosphere which was great.

I walked inn and it's my first time on this clinic and I'm very impressed. The receptionist and the Physician Dr Omar are very welcoming. They accommodated me right away. Thank you Marketplace Medical Centre Clinic. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kassis is always very thorough and addresses any concern I may have. Even though she is very busy, I never feel like she rushes my appointments. She is very kind and always makes me feel comfortable. The staff are very kind and she is an incredible doctor!

Bright clinic with friendly staff. Reception is apologetic when they are very busy and the wait is long. Sometimes they leave you on hold for a while but the last time they asked for my name and number and called me back ten minutes later. They have also called me back when my call was missed, which was unexpected but very appreciated.Dr Omar and Dr Kassis are professional and thorough. They have always made my health concerns feel heard, and not “in my head” like some doctors have.Oh, and it’s pretty awesome that they speak both Arabic and English. It doesn’t make a difference me, but it would help others

I am sick of coming to this walk-in and they close within an hour of opening. Today was the same thing. If you don’t have the staff to be open as a walk-in, then don’t open. You can close for accepting patients within less than an hour of opening. It makes no sense. Don’t reply to me either and tell me this is a one off time as 90% of the time o come here there’s an excuse. This is absurd. Get your staffing together or open as a regular clinic and take your own patients.Update… I was impressed of being contacted with an explanation as to why I experienced what I did this Morning. The manager spoke with empathy and that made me better under the current situation at the clinic. Effective communication goes a long way and so does effective customer service. When you meet your clients half way it makes a different. Thanks for the call back and following up and making it right. Much appreciated.

Lovely clinic. Bright, clean, caring staff. Sometimes it is busy, but you can call ahead to find out the wait time, and although you have to register for the walk in at the clinic, the receptionist let me leave the clinic while I was waiting and gave me a call when it was my turn to see the Dr.The doctor listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed even though there was clearly a lot of patients to see, and the receptionists were knowledgeable and kind.Will definitely be coming back (but hopefully not too soon haha)

AVOID THIS MEDICAL CENTER AT ALL COSTS.Very rude customer service especially from the receptionist. She won’t let me talk and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. You will have to wait for hours for your appointment! They do not respect your time at all. Even phone call appointments are always late and sometimes they will forget to call you. Go get the health care you deserve somewhere else because this office is not it.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!Most of my appointments were the assistant and barely heard from the Dr. They forgot my requisitions multiple times and I had to call and ask for it again and agin! They really do not take you seriously and will keep dragging you with forgotten requests and appointments.Dr. Kassis has been our family dr since 2017 all of a sudden last month I happened to know that she withdrew our files and she no longer acts as our family Dr. with no prior notice.Unprofessionalism disrespect seems to be the norm in this office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kassis since she opened the clinic. She is very thorough and always listens to my concerns. The staff is also amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
