There was a long line up but it went very fast. The woman who served me was excellent. Its nice to be treated so nicely during covid when so many people are angry. Id recommend every1 to use this location but then id be assisting to make more line ups!!

I had the worst experience ever. Miscommunication, brushing me off was late for work after they acknowledged my time , lady in office has no clue about cars which makes it harder when you have to repeat yourself and work was not done properly had be redone , it was a nightmare

Overall it wasn't a terrible experience had to wait longer than necessary as there was only 1 employee working for 8 people in line.

The lady attending the counter was so nice and polite. We just moved to the Simcoe region and needed to get our address changed. In and out within 5 minutes.

For the Elmvale SO office - BIG kudos to the staff. Fast, efficient and thorough. Come prepared and surprisingly you're done in about 5 minutes for registration, and a little longer for pictures and more complex transactions. I've been at this outlet numerous times for personal reasons, and I've never encountered a bad experience or concerns. ... And no lineups!

We visited their to renew a driver's license & ohip card. This is in Elmvale, Ont. We were in & out within 10 minutes. Employees their are so knowledgeable & friendly.

Smaller/Faster Service - Left Collingwood Location due to rude service and lack of help and went here instead. They are more efficient at this location and more willing to help out. Being a small town the lineup was smaller even during the Pandemic.

Beyond impressed with how my autistic client was treated at this location this morning. Both staff engaged in conversation with him, and treated him with respect and compassion. 5/5 stars.

In the past, I avoided going to Elmvale Service Ontario because of the poor service and unwillingness to help customers. Extremely frustrating!In the past year, I have visited twice and have been extremely impressed.In 2021, I went in expecting that I may have some difficulty with my request. The lady who helped me was outstanding! The process was unfamiliar to her, but after 'doing some digging' she found a solution for me. She really went the extra mile. Unfortunately, I don't remember the lady's name.Today, I visited to transfer ownership for a vehicle. The process could have been frustrating, BUT once again, the representative made an extra effort to resolve the problem. Every time that I asked a question, Cathy was patient and clear when explaining things to me.Thank you very much for the great service Cathy!
