The front desk team, and the general manager were amazing.The general manager was present all time at the hotel, and supervising everything by himself, as well as looking forward the satisfaction of all guests and providing a hight customer service level.

The staff were great and the hotel was nice. The room was spacious and clean, it had a balcony that was actually functional which was a nice touch. The parking lot can be a little confusing to get into but it's a piece of cake if you pay attention to the signs

Amazing stay (as usual)! The rooms were very clean and the staff are honestly amazing! We have been here multiple times (with and without our children). The first time we were given a big enough room to fit us and our 4 children all together, the second and third times we got two rooms (as we were there with family). Staff were able to accommodate us all moving rooms so we shared one door and our two pet friendly rooms. Only issue we really had was the beds aren’t as comfy as the one we are used to at home (but that makes sense), and the play pens could use a bit of an update. However, that being said- The staff always went above and beyond and were super friendly (even with our many, many children and somewhat off putting tattoo collections) . We will for sure be coming back just because of how the front desk and housekeeping and maintenance staff went above and beyond for our family! Thank you for making our trip so much easier!

The room was large and spacious. It was clean. The check out staff was super friendly.We reserved two rooms. My friend lost her debit card and unfortunately was unable to receive the deposit. She gave my information to pick it up.I arrived today after 1400hrs and was met with an amazing front desk agent. She went over and above trying to find the information as there were no notes left for her. It is really appreciated when people are so friendly. Thanjs for your help with this matter.Definitely will stay again.

Advertised as Pet Friendly but not very pet friendly. While booking online I wrote in special requests I would require a pet friendly room for a Chihuahua that will be kennelled while out of the room. The front staff was not aware I required a pet friendly room even though I specifically stated it on the online booking. This is where things got weird. The front desk and manager then proceeded to tell me if my dogs barking can’t be controlled they would have to evict me as a guest. I explained the dog weighs five pounds and barks for a few minutes after leaving the room but after the initial outburst it would not be a problem. The staff stated I was not allowed to leave my dog unattended in the room. I said I’m sorry I cannot commit to that I have plans in town that cannot accommodate a dog that’s why I chose a pet friendly hotel. They placed a pet wavier that did not state the loud noise would cause eviction or that the dog couldn’t be left unattended. When questioned on the additional rules the manager states we must be in contact at all times and if they couldn’t contact us they would call animal control on our pet that is a guest. The manager stated they had an incident that a dog was barking for four hours and they could not get ahold of the owner and that the pet friendly rooms are in one hall and it can cause a dog barking reaction. This seems like an event that traumatized the staff then they in turn pass that trauma onto you. This was the worst check in experience I have ever had at any hotel.I also see reviews about the cards not working. The print on the cards makes the arrow for direction of card impossible to see. I heard the staff explain this multiple times to guests and the cards would have to be reactived multiple times. A guest was be stuck in the elevator trying to get a card to read morning, noon and night. If the cards are such a big issue change the print.For a Pet Friendly room it was actually quite nice. The room was clean. Did NOT smell like animals had previously stayed there. The bathroom was nice.Aside from the awkward shake down style check in the staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice and would ask if you needed anything walking by in the halls.

King room was poorly setup. Thin walls so you hear everything. Tv is small and display was so dark you couldn't see the program playing, settings are locked so no adjustments available. Have to step over toilet to get into the shower.. Housekeeping was far from stellar. On the positive side, Front desk was fantastic to deal with and decent room rates.

I wish I could say my stay here was pleasant but it was not. This hotel allows drunks to scream, hoot, and yell in their rooms and in the hallways. We were awakened the two nights we stayed by these drunks screaming, and being obnoxious. This was at 2-4 in the morning both nights.Second issue, heater kept kicking on and off despite being turned off.Third issue, every time we would leave our key would stop working. We would have to go get a new key. There was numerous occasions of this.When this issue was brought up with management we were greeted with an arrogant manager who clearly decided that “people were people” gave off the vibe that the drunks were more important than the quiet people staying in their room just trying to sleep. We were given a 15% discount which didn’t make up for the lack of sleep we got. We were also told that we “could’ve contacted the police as it was our right “. How would we know which room they belonged to? And why should a customer be responsible for doing the staffs job? We left the hotel exhausted and have a 5 hour drive back. Never again will we stay at this hotel, and will tell our friends and family to avoid as well.

This was our first stop in Edmonton and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly! In a short time they were able to solve the problem that suddenly arose for us and were very professional. The cleaning staff are very thorough and efficient. It's nice that the hotel has a laundry service!

My family and I stayed there for the weekend. We just mainly used the two rooms to sleep. We had a great stay, the hotel staff where very friendly and very welcoming. The only thing issues that we had with, was the breakfast was mediocre at best. Would recommend them to update there selections or have better products to serve too the guests. The wife and I went too the bar too play pool, the bartender was very skittish (seems like he was on something or was intoxicated) didn't clean up the tables just left empty/dirty cups all over the place, the bar had liquor battle left at the pour station. Other then that it was a great stay it's very close too the west ed mall and other malls and other great restaurants and amenities.
