Our roof is currently under warranty (installed in 2001) and leaking. I've called and no reply - have also emailed, sent in form from website and messaged on Facebook, will update if I hear back.

Non-responsive company. Came to visit for pricing.Then nothing, no phone call, no quote, no pricing, very disappointing experience.

Do not trust this company to install a metal roof. It leaked repeatedly and they did not have the resources or skill to resolve the problem.When the company became unresponsive, another company was called in to remove it and replace it with standard shingles. Good riddance.A picture of the house is still posted on PRS Roofing's website, despite a stern request to remove it.
