Please improve your dealerships service quality. Dealerships should not just be about selling cars! Don't break people's cars!Agincourt Nissan, owned by this auto group is perfect example:Sales-Very good.Service-Pure Incompetence.Details:Buy new cars here BUT DO not get service/repairs here. Do it at 401 Dixie or even the Nissan in Ajax to avoid losing many days off work, thousands of dollars fixing stuff then only see new problems suddenly appear on your NEW CAR.Sometimes it makes you wonder if these guys purposely breaks something on your car once in a while during servicing something as simple as an Oil Change, in order to get more money from you, and your NEW CAR!Received Nissan mail to replace passenger airbag? They will tell you it's fake mail and will not replace it for free! Did not even bother to offer email to receive and check letter scanned, or to verify the recall order with Nissan. Maybe Nissan does not pay as well for warranty replacements for these guys to do what they are supposed to do?It's great to have a great buying experience. But then you make people lose trust when their new car gets broken by your dealerships. Nissan recall orders gets rejected over the phone verbally without even sounding caring at all about your customers. You will sell many cars. You will also lose many people like me, afterward, who will go to 401 Dixie in future its just as close in Toronto.

It was suggested that I go here by my insurer to repair some minor body damage, CSN BRIMELL - CSN Collision Centres(Which is part of BRIMELL TOYOTA WHICH NOW CALLED THE DRIVE AUTOGROUP) I was not referred to this company by anyone personally.This team repaired the body work on my SUV. They also damaged the paint on my SUV by driving around while the vehicle was sent for collison repairs , they did not re-secure the mud flare around the SUV wheel well properly (I secured it on my own), and they returned my vehicle without its stock decal on the quarter panel. One step forward, three steps back. It took 5 months for initial repair was complete and only after I called them on more than 10 separate occasions. The vehicle was return to me without cleaning the paint surface or interior after 5 months keeping for repairs and they have driven the vehicle for 2000KM telling that after repair they were test driving it which is absoultely make no sense the the vehicle was left for collison repairs on the the body.This whole process took over 5 Months. Overall they seem disorganized, unresponsive, willing to cut corners on simple tasks, and not focused on detail. I will never go back there. If you want your vehicle repaired with some peace of mind that the work is being performed properly I suggest you don’t either.For the owners who may respond to my comments in an attempt to demonstrate to future potential customers that they are conscientious, I would suggest saving your comment and focus on delivering your services properly at the time of repair and contact with your customers.4
