Horrible experience at this place. The first day the service and prices provided was fine. The young kid that served us, regardless of his divided attention, did well for the most part. I bought furniture to furnish the whole apartment. I gave them 1 week from the promised time and still didn't have furniture or a phone call. Here is my message to themHello xxxxI came today to inquire about the order i put on April 23rd and i was told im gonna receive a phone call today. Im assuming today you meant by the end of the business day which is 5 pm. After 8 calls to the store and coming myself there at 2 pm i still haven’t received a call to confirm that my Furniture will be delivered and assembled by maximum Wednesday next week. This is 10 days late from the day promised on the receipt, which was 2 weeks starting on the 23rdI appreciated your service and the reasonable price you gave me that day. But you promised someone would call me around may 3rd or 4th and noone did. You promised my Furniture would be delivered by May 5th and it wasn’t. Not only that but no one called to inform me of the delay. I rent my airbnb 300$ per day. I am 10 days late. That means i have lost 3000$Pls escalate the matter asap. I will wait until tomorrow morning for the confirmation and i need it via text, the date and time that it would be deliveredOtherwise i will be forced to cancel the order as i need to run my businessThank you for understandingXxxxYou would think, things changed after that. When i asked the store manager, who was the most professional and reliable in this whole charade, to escalate the issue to the owner, she did and i was offered 40$ off on the night stand. No phone call, no apology no professionalismWhen they speak to their supliers or delivery department in front of you, for your issue, its done in their language and all you understand is ok bro, np bro. To this date, the handles on my night stand are different. As i walked to the store in one of my many trips, i see this lady walking in and talking to the young man who served me. I wish I would have known about this place earlier bcoz I already purchased furniture for my new house but when I visited the store I was amazed with the beautiful collection they have and eventually I had to buy a dresser which is completely stunning.
