I looked at some of their inventory and found the prices to be higher than expected and I was the only one in the store. Staff offered me no help whatsoever and gave me the impression that they did not want to even be there. I will definitely continue to buy my vinyl online.

Staff is helpful and friendly, and a good selection of vinyls and other music paraphernalia. We were super happy they had the vinyl we were looking for on Record Store Day!

Purchased a record player for our son as a Christmas gift, he did not like it (unused), so we took back to store for return. They did not take the product since there was a chip on Styrofoam which any Canadian company will take resalable product back.Store assistant manager asked us to email the head office to solve the issue, they never get back to us.So be careful when you purchase from this company.

Staff is very friendly, but this sunrise genuinely has no inventory regarding vinyl. If you’re a fan of the tragically hip you’ll probably love this place seeing as that’s pretty much the only band they ever have in stock lol
