Keerat is amazing and very professional and approachable amongst other staff members....she has gone above and beyond giving me the right jeans and also suggested styling options to us. I just love the way she communicates and helps customers...huge shout out to her. We love you Keerat

So, a lot of 5 star reviews are going around. But overall my experience was fantastic.I went during their busy time with the outlet shopping day thing going on. They had buy two pairs or more of jeans and you’d get each paid for $69.95 or something. Which was worth it since the jeans I bought were each originally $109.00 each.They had a great selection with lots of sizes and different styles. The staff were great also, very friendly and fretted basically everyone with a “hello” or a “welcome” and were very genuine about it.Overall a wicked experience.

the girl named supriya was the sweetest worker ever. she helped me with everything i needed. honestly great costumer service from her. i would definitely come back just because of her!!!!!

Does not apply to this store specifically, but the business in general. After purchasing a hoodie from the outlet, it started coming apart on one of the seams. I submitted a warranty claim online, which was approved, and given a voucher to replace the hoodie. Downfall is it can only be used online. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t allow to use it in-store, especially when the online selection is not that great.

This location is my best choice to buy my jeans as a loyal Levi's guy. Staff were helpful and helped me pick my size with all available options. They had a bunch of options on sale for less than 50% of the regular price.

9:30 AM Today I visited the outlet Levi's store in Milton on March 11 and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service.Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who asked if I needed any assistance. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans that fit me perfectly.The store was well-organized, and it was easy to navigate through the different sections to find what I was looking for. The products were of high quality, and I was impressed with the range of sizes and styles available.The staff made the shopping experience very enjoyable, and I appreciated their helpfulness and professionalism. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.Overall, I had a great experience at the Levi's store in Milton. I want to express how appreciative I am for Donte, that I think a google review is not enough praise.I came into the store with probably the most ridiculous story of life, the things you do for the ones you love, and I found this absolutely amazing human named Donte!I had a pair of jeans on hold, which weren’t even the correct colour, so when I got to the store I was a bit disappointed, the first lady I spoke too, was not much help, feeling defeated I thought okay maybe I’d do with this colour of jeans but then at the register I met Donte!!!I asked Donte randomly despite being told no that Levi’s doesn’t have this particular colour of jeans that I was looking for.And when I tell you how amazing he was, His customer service skills , his people skills were beyond imaginable. He took the time to help me with my ridiculous request, and went over and beyond what anyone would do for someone. I appreciate him so much and I feel like he deserves so much for being such a genuinely nice human being. You don’t find much people like Donte, Levi’s is extremely lucky to have such a phenomenal soul like Donte that words are not enough to describe how thankful I am for the help and customer service that he provided that day! He needs to be recognized and promoted, Levi’s is so lucky to have Donte, and should try their hardest to keep a gem like him for as long as they can. I came in to grab one pair of pants, because of him I left with 2. I didn’t even need the 2nd pair, nor did he try to upsell me, I bought it just because his customer service skills were out of this world !Levi’s y’all need to give Donte an Award or something, because these 5 stars that you got on google are only because of him!

Great customer service is what really made the difference for me and my daughter as we shopped for jeans. Shoutout to Donte and Kalina for knowing their products and giving us the best shopping experience. Keep up the great work. We’ll definitely return for future shopping. Thank you!!
