They cleaned my aunts house, got the lipstick stain out from her last party with the eco products. She is soo happy. I would recommend 10 times over

They quoted me 2-2.5 hrs of cleaning for my Air B & B and then charged a min of 3 hrs for my first several appointment (not cleaning for 3 hrs). The cleaner showed up late and worked for 1.5 hrs and they tried charging me 2hrs to make it up to me? That’s right charges more for less time... and upset our guest. When I pointed that out they said minimums are “the industry standard.” 3 hr min was never established verbally or in any email or we would not have moved ahead with them. I didn’t receive 1 single booking confirmation after 4 appointments. Their sites quoted $49/hour so we went ahead in the basis of 2-2.5 hrs for cleaning as they suggest. I tried to call and resolve their cleaner coming late and overcharging after being clearly frustrated. They didn’t play it straight. Be careful with this organization.Response to response below:I don’t see what is unfair? I am happy to move onto a new group that doesn’t charge me 3 hrs for 2 hrs of work. Your website say $49 flexible.... not 3 hr min.Also, you told me it’s 2-2.5hrs to clean a 2 bed suite so why did you send a cleaner at 1:40pm before with a 3pm checkin? While questioning this practice you said “don’t worry it will all get done.” So is it 2-2.5hrs to clean if you can do it in under an 1.5hrs. (You still tried to charge me 2hrs for 1.5hrs...) Call me crazy but paying an hourly rate means we you pay by the hrs. Why not state on you’re web site you have 3hr minimums? That would be fair.

Company allowed me to book online for end of tenancy clean , I accept I missed ‘the not accepting Vancouver clients’ at this time line within the booking system . Even though it took the booking with the address I entered . I then received numerous notifications of the ‘order accepted’ and reminders of ‘upcoming cleaning date’ . When I called because they hadn’t arrived I wasn’t curtly informed that it wasn’t their fault and it was an automated error. It is their automated system so other than the original error on my part I’m not sure who else to blame for the ongoing messages and disastrous situation it’s left me in. I would highly recommend NOT using this company as clearly their Computer system at the very least is useless and their admin and oversight is lacking . Find someone else !

I had an amazing experience booking for a last minute move-out cleaning on a Sunday morning. We called a day before, and they were able to move things around to squeeze us in. Eunice was super accommodating, professional, friendly and responsive. She called to check in on the day of to make sure the cleaners were on site and called after to also confirm that cleaning is done and how much would be charged so there are no surprises. As for the cleaners, I think it all depends on who is sent out and how much you are willing to pay - more hours/time = more detailed clean = more money. They did a decent clean for a 4 hours cleaning job (with 2 cleaners, it was 2 hours total time on site, we had 3 cleaners so they were on site for less than that). We had a strict budget so we only paid for 4 hours and then did some minor touch up cleaning/wipe down ourselves which worked for well for us - there were some minor areas missed (closet hanging rods and top of kitchen cabinets, and the blinds were not wiped down properly) but nothing significant or problematic. The place smelled so clean when we walked in! Kudos to Eunice who were super responsive, accommodating and courteous throughout the booking and payment process.

One of the best cleanings I ever had. I recently had a big baby shower and the mess was chaotic and I knew I couldn’t do it by myself. So i decided to look up some cleaners for a decent price and luckily I came across aqua city cleaners. So respectful and finishes in a great amount of time.
