Tec De Monterrey House
Tec is one of the best buildings to get into for first year UBC housing. Tec does not have any basement suite's or double rooms. The rooms are a comfortable size and are generally in good condition. The washrooms have a good amount of space for the number of people using them and tend to be very clean. The lounges are an awesome place to meet new people and the house lounge frequently hosts watch parties for shows or sports. The house lounge in the evenings is also a great place to study though some sections of the lounge have spotty wifi coverage. Overall a very high quality residence.
