Zero stars. The guy that helped me, wahid?, was very aggressive and not very well informed as he kept having to ask his coworker for help. In the end I paid for my prepaid sim cards and registered them online as it was taking far too long in the store. He told me that this could only be done in store but once again he had no idea what he was talking about. Avoid this location if possible.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because generally I like freedom but I dislike the way that the staff at this particular location lied to me when they said I could purchase a phone case and return it if it turns out I dont like it. Well I tried and they refused to accept it back. Maybe you should train your staff so that they know what your policy actually is and so that they don't make promises that they can't honor. Sorry to say but I was very disappointed in your service this time around.

Clay is amazing. I went in to get a talk and text plan for my granddaughter, we were in and out within 15 minutes. Clay is a great asset to Freedom Mobile!!

The supervisor is very helpful and kind. I was trying to transfer my number from lucky to freedom. However, since my old sim card was damaged porting out procedure turnt into a nightmare. The store employees really helped me during this process.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We wanted to upgrade our 5 year old phones to the latest model and Clay was able to help us very efficiently. The transaction was smooth and quick and she was able to answer all our questions.

Went in to change my address and add a line to my existing account. Should have been about 10 minutes. I was there for roughly 45 minutes. I knew the phone I wanted, I knew the plan I wanted, there should have been no surprises. The girl behind the counter was nice enough; maybe the delays were her fault, maybe they weren't.

I recommend this freedom location because the service there is 10/10. Kamal and Abby are so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I tried this location after being completely disappointed at another location and their service made me commit to another 24 month contract.

Although my visit did not end with a purchase, I was presented with top-notch customer service. Clay was quite knowledgeable and and provided personalized service down to my exact needs. Not once was I ever confused about the multitude of technology available to me. I'll definitely return should the right time comes for me to upgrade. Thanks again Clay!
