When I first contacted ACS Express for a rate sheet, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call back from one of the owners himself!!Months later, I called to get a quote and possibly book a shipment.I spoke with Mariah. She assisted me with a level of customer service that exceeded our expectations !! Then 20 minutes or so later, when our doorbell rang for the pick up … to our surprise … it was Mariah – NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE !! She is absolutely lovely to converse with on the telephone as well as in person !! Her customer service is outstanding and she is a true inspiration!! We have been using their services for two months now, they are really professional and do deliver on time excellent service and excellent experience till now. Being a firm.dealong with legal documentation, we actually took our time to research and we are happy to say that they delivered.

I phoned customer service twice today and they were very responsive and friendly over the phone. I also met one of the couriers and they were very nice and friendly as well. Would highly recommend them from their customer service alone.

I am so grateful for this courier service as they are the most polite courier service I have spoken to within the Edmonton area. They are incredibly personable and helpful. I was calling in not 100% knowing what I needed and they helped walk me through it and set me up an account. The fact that they have court running services and will even hot shot to Calgary are big bonuses to me using them at the company I am employed with. I should also mention how incredibly prompt they are! The court runners came much quicker than I expected and I have never waited past two rings when calling in.

Without a doubt this company is 5 stars! Our company has used ACS for the past few years and is extremely happy with the service and costs. Submitting requests online is easy and we have no complaints. Keep up the great work ACS.
