One star only because I couldn't put no stars. Worst communication I have ever had with any company. After 4 days of emailing back and forth with two different people who didn't even know that an out of office told me to contact them, they still couldn't answer my question, and told me to call their head office. Everytime I call, I'm on hold for at least 45 mins. Today, after being on hold for 45 mins, my call was answered, and then disconnected, and they didn't call me back. I had to call again, and wait on hold. When I do actually get through to someone, they have such difficulty with their tasks. All I want to do is pay my monthly parking fee. They refuse to charge my card monthly so I have to call EVERY month and waste an hour of my time. You definitely do not make this process easy! It's very frustrating!!!
