Mike has been taking care of my pressure washers and motors for years and always has gone well beyond what other shops do. He is straight forward in his dealings, always fair and stands behind his work 100%.When other shops would make excuses for their repair challenges, Mike was making explanations and repairing the problems.Nobody in Victoria has remotely near the experience on pressure washers that Mike Lawrence of Victoria Chem-Clean has.

We brought in our Honda powered washer, it was almost impossible to start and lacked pressure... I was told by another company that it was likely the water pump, which was going to be a huge expense.. it WASN'T the pump that was the problem,,,,,,, these guys had it fixed in 2 hours, running like a new machine... I couldn't be happier with the service and the price we paid for the repairs.. These guys are great, no hesitation recommending them..

Parts are not cheap

I dealt with this company many times over the years. The previous owner Mike was always amazing, the new owners were pretty good, until they installed new pump ( i already owned) for me incorrectly, and that damaged it permanently.They replaced it with an inferior pump and now they will not replace with the same high temperature pump i originally had, and they actually billed me for more service time for their shoddy warranty work. I wont be back.I have finally replaced this pump at my own expense with no help from the owners of Victoria Chem clean. It cost me over 600 for another new pump plus installation costs. I am still a very unhappy customer and am very disappointed that the owners have no honour to make this right

This Store expends their business, can service and repair Lawn Mower, Trimmer, Air Compressor, Generator. Provide fast service and reasonable cost .

I run a business with many pressure washers. I am constantly going from repair person to repair person to fix my machines. What I can say is this, every time I have brought my machine into Victoria chem clean they have fixed it and fixed it right and been able to figure out what's wrong when others couldn't. Don't let any language difficulties stop you these guys are pretty darn good.
