Zain is amazing! I smashed and bent my Iphone 12 Pro & it was fixed in 10 minutes. He’s so kind and welcoming other places i went to today told me long wait times & just wanted my money weren’t interested in actually trying to fix my issue . Thank you again Zain!!

Great and honest service. Don’t trust any negative reviews about this place.Agreed to fix phone battery for $90 but they found other issue and only fixed for $25.Very honest. Would 100% recommend

Highly recommend this shop. My mother and I have been dealing with them for a while now. Always a good service for a good price. Lately I had a problem with my phone after getting it repaired at another shop. The shop in question didn't even try to fix it or ask questions about what was not working (even though it was obviously their fault since my phone's network stopped working directlty after they repaired it). On the other hand, Rideau Cell Phone immediately knew what might be the problem. It took 30min to fix the antenna and clean the mess of the previous shop and everything worked as new. They also said that the repair that I had on my phone was overcharged (250$ for a broken screen) and that they would have done it for 80-100$ instead.

Friendly, thorough, and professional service from this location. They offered a fair price for my old used phone, nice option to have to avoid dealing with questionable buyers on other selling platforms.In addition, it's nice to have a reputable phone repair shop nearby just in case.

First time going to a cellphone repair shop and it’s definitely my best experience. He’s a funny guy, fixes the phone in under 15 minutes and he might give you a better deal to fix your phone or buy.

We just had my son’s iPhone repaired at this store. The technician was fast and friendly. He also pointed out that the “new open box” iPhone we’d recently purchased was actually a used and refurbished phone with low quality after-market parts. I would definitely go back to this store again (wish we’d bought our phone here in the first place).
