I absolutely love this place! My go to esthetician at least once a month!! The service is great, my lashes and brows are always on point, what else can a girl ask for?!! ♥️

Terrible service, some staff were very unprofessional and rude. Someone said you will not get the value for your money and I second that! Safe to say I do not recommend this place

I am happy to give this salon 5 stars because I have gotten my brow and crochet braid done by the owner Josiane. She is very professional and always give full attention to listen to your needs. My experience has always been positive when I visit to buy my hair products. This is a good salon to get your brow or hair done. Thank you Josiane.

I have had semi-permanent makeup applied to my eyebrows three times by the owner of J3 Beauté. This is the second treatment where my brows do not match each other (noticeably) and when I mentioned this during my last treatment the owner said I would have to come back for another touch-up to fix the shape.Three strikes, you’re out - from a forgotten appointment, to mis-shapen brows, to treatments not lasting the advertised duration. I cannot recommend J3 Beauté, particularly with the price increases advertised for January 2019. You will simply not get the value for your money with this company. Please do not trust J3 Beauté with your face, go to a well-reputed professional company instead.Update - after reading my feedback the owner of the business spammed me across multiple social media platforms. Terribly unprofessional.

I am giving 5 stars because of various reasons. I have done my eyebrows in this salon, I was impress on how professional and perfectionist she is.A year later, I decided to do my eyelashes extension again after taking a one year break, I tried to go somewhere else. I was not satisfied so I reach out to Josiane if she could do my eyelashes refill. She booked me an appointment and even arranged based on my availability. She fixed it and again, she is so perfectionist that I was very satisfied with her work.I will come back by the end of the month to do lashes refill, and next month to do a permanent retouch of my eyebrows again.I definitely recommend this place.

Josiane is very kind and professional. Went to her for microshading and she not only made quick work of it (<1 hour), it turned out great! Very glad I went here.

I had no idea what micro blading was but I was recommended by my GF that I get my eyebrows done before Christmas. And this place was recommended to me. I have no reproach for Josiane’s services in general, she has put me at ease and helped me go through it in a comfortable manner.However, after going to another place with my GF for her services, I noticed that Josiane didn’t make me aware of certain things or, with hindsight, lacked due process that are a little uncomfortable…1) Other practitioners told me I should avoid blood thinners 24 hrs before the procedure. That includes caffeine and spicy food. This is bad because I often take aspirin to ease headaches. I did take 2 of these an hour before the procedure. And I of course drink a lot of coffee…2) I signed no paperwork nor any enlightened consent forms. No medical checkup form. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and other practitioners screen for this. Now, Josiane did not trigger my anxiety so no harm done. Still… I was not properly explained the risks. I was also left under the impression that the vitamin A cream that was provided to recover was antibiotic. It isn’t and I had to use Polysporin.3) Other practitioners I met uses measurement tools and magnifying glasses. I do not remember Josiane using any of these. Now to be fair men’s eyebrows should not be 100% perfect, so maybe that explains why she didn’t, and the result is good, but I wonder if she uses any on female clients now…Good person, talented. But yeah, learning about these has made me uncomfortable now with hindsight.

I have had a great experience at J3 Beauté. Although i have problems with healing, Josiane has offered me several solutions every time I come in for a touch up. She has offered great service, and has done the best she can to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I will definitely recommend to my friends. Thank you! - Anastasia

I was originally told that I could purchase hair from the shop for my box braids and they had plenty. The store ran out of my colour and had to go get more elsewhere. Because there wasn't much hair, the stylist had to make the front sections larger which did not look good. The stylist is also not a tight enough braider because after 2 WEEKS my hair looked like it had been in for 2 MONTHS. Though I appreciate the effort, I will not be returning to this salon.
