Lots of console gaming options. As well as many gaming related accessories & collectables. Went to pick up card sleeves for a couple of the games I own. Staff is approachable. I recommend a visit if you're looking for console related games.

I want to shout out to Mathieu! He is always super friendly when we come. He is my son’s favourite EB games employee. He is a gem! Thank you for making my son speechless!! You rock! Our favourite store ever!! If anyone is looking for a wonderful service, just ask for him!!

Bought 3mo gamepass they gave a code that was region locked outside of Canada so I can't redeem they refuse to exchange or reimburse and told to go see Microsoft I spoke to Microsoft and they tell me to go to game stop and can't do nothing something needs to be done about this code situation otherwise don't sell it

When asking about the ps5 they were kinda rude and not wanting to help explain how to obtain one. I told the worker I understood that they were sold out everywhere but he didnt care. He then started to brush me off even though his store was empty with no customers. I expect to be treated a lot better since im a returning customer!

They gave me the code to the wrong game for online download . When I called they said I have to speak to Nintendo which were able to just credit me the game in the Nintendo shop account so I had to purchase the right game there and pay extra 11$ . So I spent extra money because the guy at the store made a mistake . Ridiculous .

I have always had good experiences at this GameStop but when I went to buy a PS5 the other day not only did they force a fake bundle on me (2 games over 59.99 to be able to buy the console, and they were out of the most interesting ones) but the clerk tried to upsell their extended warranty" by fear mongering me into believing Sony would make me pay for shipping if my console was defective and I would be out of my PS5 for months because they would only be willing to repair it instead of replacing it. When I told him I wasn't interested he mentioned he was saying all that because he had seen "a lot of PS5s coming back because it's the first generation of them".Well. It's a shame that PS5s are so hard to come by because that should've been reason enough to walk away

Nice little store, they have a lot of toys and action figures. Same goes for the video games they have lot of titles. The staff was very nice so for sure I'll be shopping there again!
