I regularly use this mrlube for oil changes and when I recently had a mechanical issue and was unable to get into the dealership in a timely manner I remembered that they now offer mechanical services. I called them and the manager offered to check the engine error code for free. When I called the dealership about the fix they quoted me $335 just for labour. The mechanic at mrlube fixed the issue in less than an hour and it was only $153 including the part! So happy to find an honest mechanic!

Very disappointed!! During my waiting time for my oil change, got a call from the service man to let me change the cabin air filter. I wasn't too sure about the price but the man insisted me to change it in the shop. He charged me a filter for 74.99! What a scam! Later I figured out Mr Lube charged more than 3 times than retail price for the filter. I can not find any reason they charged a filter for 74.99 and that is ridiculous. Guys stay away from this shop.

Rude staff, misleading information, zero customer service, prices twice higher that average in the city. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Shame to have a shop like that in my neighbourhood!

We had an air filter issue with the previous management. They installed the wrong size. The new manager tool responsibility and decided to make it right. We will be coming back for oil changes and services. Instead of losing a customer, he kept one. Thanks.

Fabulous service and store has a new manager who is very attentive and thorough in making sure your vehicle gets all the service it needs. No pressure to get extra jobs done if you don't want. I was in and out in an hour. Went for coffee at McDonalds in Walmart and they phoned me when my car was ready.

I did oil change here and they worked professionally. I see that many bad reviews but this shop hired new manager and he was very kind and gave me perfect estimate time and price. To change oil, he said it would take 45 mins and the work finished about 40 mins. I satisfied with their service and would visit again for next oil change.

Manager has been really fair and upfront about diagnostics and costs involved in various car issues I've had.*Edit*I had another issue with my car just before Christmas, 2022, and was once again impressed with the honesty of the staff there.They could easily have padded the bill, but they didn't, and they charged me very little to fix a small problem. Thanks again.

I went there this morning for a last minute oil change and the new Manager Devan was great to deal with. Quoted me a time and it was right on par. The service was excellent, was told everything they were doing to the truck so it wasn’t unexpected. I snuck a peak through the window and my technician was physically washing my windshield. All the bad reviews it looks like Devan and his team are turning it around. Will be going there for my future oil changes and fluid top ups !
