Had my joint venture property listed with this agency and Matt for about 6 months. He did nothing and made zero effort to get the property sold. Did not reply to my email inquiring about the listing either. When our listing was expiring around 6 MONTHS later, he brought us a lowball offer at the last minute. I rejected it and got a new realtor who sold the property within 3 days of its listing and got us around 15K over asking.

Alisa Hopkins has provided an incredible education in all that a Real Estate Agent can provide to a client. Alisa helped us purchase a duplex in Kamloops in 2018, and undertook all that one would expect of a Real Estate Agent at that time. However, while we owned this duplex and rented to students attending TRU; Alisa has helped us with how to go about dealing with garbage disposal, who to get for renovations, who to contact for lawn care, who to contact for painting, and even provided sage advice concerning renting. Many of the above activities she co-ordinated for us.
