If I could give it a zero star, then I would. Awful food. The rotisserie chicken was dry and rubbery. The fries were cold and tasted of rancid oil. The bun was cold and hard. My wife demanded our money back. They wasted a total of an hour of her time before refunding. The owner and the co-owner were rude, condescending and aggressive. At one point he even suggested we take this matter to head office rather than hearing us out. They were not willing to accept any responsibility at the beginning. The worst possible experience at a Swiss Chalet location. Will never visit this location again.

My chicken dinner was delivered with little rice and the dip was thrown in the box and rice was crushed. I ordered coconut pie and it was delivered upside and crushed. This is disgusting, no one would answer the phone to speak with a manager after two calls thru customer service and connected to the store no one answered the phone. Take my advice it’s a waste of money, the restaurant does not care. Swiss chalet you should be ashamed of this service. Don’t waste your money.

We’ve had dinner twice this week at this Swiss Chalet and enjoyed our meals. Tasty roasted chicken and roast beef, friendly service, nice dessert pies. The largest chicken soup portion was too small though. No frills, family style diner. We will come back!

We used to enjoy our visit to any Swiss Chalet, however, this one at this location was so awesome and a great time to enjoy all the goodies.Especially the wonderful hard working lady who served every single table with love and kindness (two thumbs up)

Tasos and Lisa did a fantastic job serving our large group. Not one meal was missed- drinks kept coming and the kids were all fed quickly. They were efficient and super friendly. We were very impressed!

0 stars, go to any other Swiss Chalet, not this location.I have used this drive-thru 3 times now when on break and each time question why I gave them another chance, but I suppose it's because I eat at Swiss Chalet every week and have been doing so for years. The food here is deplorable. The last time I ordered chicken it was so hard and dry that it was impossible to eat. The bread products are rock hard and stale, and nothing is edible. I thought I'd give one last try with perogies and this is what they gave me. I could smell the dirty oil, they were rock hard and there was a puddle of oil in the container. Oh, and some lovely black bits of something unknown. This is unacceptable and I will never go back to this location. Figure it out guys, you are not representing the franchise well.

Max was an outstanding waiter.Very attentive, engaging and efficient.Usually when I ask for gravy instead of chalet sauce I have to remind them when the food comes to the table. Max got it right

We had a great dinner date out. Our server Amy was amazing. So cheerful and diligent. So nice to have a server that makes us happy .We will return!!

Our server Max was so kind and really made the whole experience that much more better !You could tell he really went out of his way ..I think we would comeBack to this location because of him .
