First time at ToCA today and fell in love. Lovely people, lovely space.I was a bit nervous going in as I wasn't sure what to expect, but my mind was quickly put at ease by the staff and volunteers and I couldn't be happier with the treatment. They have everything covered from first treatment to follow up and aftercare.Booking my next appointment right away.

Little slice of heaven in a sometimes crazy city. My mom introduced me to TOCA. It has made my life so much better. For so many things in my life. The most important is feeling centred and relaxed. It has helped with ailments and I believe was a strong contributing factor to helping me get pregnant - even with past fertility issues. So greatful of this wonderful place. All the people that work there are amazing and make you feel so comfortable.

Toronto Community Acupuncture is my sanctuary for healing, wellness, stress relief and sanity. I come here when my body is breaking down and telling me that it needs help. I have a hectic and stressful career and ToCA, helps me to focus, recharge, heal and release all stress. The facility is immaculate, calming and quiet. It is run professionally and your issues are confidential. I highly recommend the ladies of ToCA to assist you in finding your physical health, when all traditional medical practices can do no more. It is affordable for anyone and they will always try to squeeze you in, if you have an urgent issue. Do not hesitate....make ToCA your retreat of wellness also. Enjoy!

I first went to TOCA after pulling my neck and within 3 sessions my neck was back to normal, whereas normally I would have been out of commission for 1-2 weeks at least. N & B are absolutely amazing, compassionate and TOCA is a little piece of heaven in my week.

They helped heal my Bell's Palsy with the added benefit of helping regulate my sleep! :) All the practitioners made me feel safe and comfortable and it was truly an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Can't go wrong for such a great rate.

I love everything about this place. The environment they have created in the clinic is immaculate (especially their community-made playlist!!). It's amazing how they give back to the community by offering subsidized services. I've been seeing Mélanie for a few months now and they have been phenomenal. Seeing them always heals my body and soul. Thank you for everything you do, ToCA!

Toronto Community Acupuncture is a wonderful healing place that I am so happy I discovered! All the acupuncturists are knowledgeable, kind and patient. The affordability allows you to go regularly and enjoy effective pain relief. The clinic is extremely well run and I truly look forward to coming in every week. Highly recommend!

ToCA is nothing short of a healing oasis in Toronto! I feel so grateful to each of the practitioners who have shown me absolute compassion and care since I became a patient. If you are new to acupuncture they will gently guide you through the process to ensure your comfort and answer all of your questions. If you could use a little me-time, nurturing, and/or peace - this is the place. Nestle in and enjoy!

What an incredible space with an abundance of plants, a real feeling of peace, and oh so welcoming. I was so glad to have found a PWYC acupuncture space, and have been so grateful for each acupuncturist I have interacted with there. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. If I lived closer I would be there a few times a week!

My first time here I was struck by the soothing atmosphere at ToCA. The receptionist is a kind lady that walks you through everything sweetly and get you oriented.I've had 2 sessions now, both with Brenna Lewis. I'm not sure what is more therapeutic; the acupuncture or Brenna herself. She really cares about everyone that comes into that place and you can feel it. From the moment she began assessing me I felt confident she knew what she was doing and was impressed by her intuition.The acupuncture was interesting and at times I could feel a subtle pulse rushing through me. For me taking a nap in a room full of strangers is a very weird experience even though the ToCA peeps put me at ease. I didn't really sleep the first time but did notice a marked improvement in my sleep.The 2nd time I went was a different story! Brenna remembered me and was genuinely interested in my results. As with before; just talking to Brenna was soothing. This time however the acupuncture was powerful! I felt intense relaxation but thought I stayed awake the whole time. After what I felt was 30 minutes Brenna checked up on how I was. She debriefs me, and it turns out I was asleep for an hour and a half and was completely unresponsive in that time lol... I am NOT a heavy sleeper.Lovely experience!I am not afraid of my sleep time struggle tonight, for there will be no struggle.
