Ace Physiotherapy

I had a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend for anyone considering physio. I recently started building up my running mileage and developed some knee and hamstring pain. Alanna was able to diagnose it very quickly and by following her exercises over a couple weeks I was back running and feeling even stronger than I did before. Physio works like magic if you find the right person, so stop googling and just go to Ace. You won’t regret it!

Edit: Appreciate your reply Sharon. My point is that Alanna was the one that forgot to get back to me. And how does my first rescheduling matter given that it was well over the 24 hours limit? If she has an issue with even that, perhaps she shouldn't be working with people. Doesn't sound very empathetic or realistic.Sought out Alanna Fish due to a reco. The 15 min consult (free) was honestly a waste of time but perhaps that's the same with all initial phone consultations? Anyway, she said she'd let me know if they were able to direct bill my insurance before my appointment but I didn't hear back. I called my insurance the day of the appointment to check if Alanna was licensed and registered with them, and she wasn't so I called Ace Physio to get more information. Abby was very helpful and understanding, and rescheduled the appointment for me so that I could wait for confirmation from Greenshield. And then she had to call me back to say my appt was cancelled and I can't book with Alanna anymore. So, Alanna forgot to get back to me about the insurance claim process, and when I called back to confirm the status and reschedule, she found it to be me that was inconsistent? Ha okay, I'll go elsewhere then ;)

I went for an assessment for Shock wave....I have a new, L. Heel sports injury so did not qualify ..The physio, Emma was knowledgeable, professional and thorough....she did my usual U/S and TENS treatment and a report for my local physiotherapist.

Welcoming environment and friendly staff. Very easy and convenient to schedule appointments, and the staff are always very helpful on the phone if you have any questions. Kaitlin was very knowledgeable and helped work with me to come up with an individualized plan to reduce my back pain, as well as providing manual therapy and utilizing tools such as laser. I highly recommend Ace Physio if you are dealing with an injury.

Big thank you to Physiotherapist Alanna Fish! I fell on ice in the morning and all day I was searching for somebody with a lot of experience to assess my hip on short notice. Couldn’t find anybody between Oakville to Toronto area all day.BUT! I learned Alanna was willing to see me same day and she actually stayed back an extra hour just to assess my case.Difficult to find people sometimes who genuinely care and are passionate about their work. Alanna went above and beyond to help. I can see why this clinic has been receiving a lot of great reviews!Truly big thank you to Alanna, reception, and all staff at this clinic for their dedication and help. Will be returning for a follow-up next week.

Kaitlin was great, I felt significantly better after even only one session. The online access to the exercise program was super convenient and easy to use, and appointments were always on time and easy to book. Reception is also very friendly which is always a bonus too!

I have been going into this clinic for the past 2 years and everyone working here is great, from reception to clinicians. Shout out to Alanna Fish for being the best physiotherapist, helping me recover as fast as possible. She's great at her job and very accommodating. She almost always fits me in her busy schedule every time I am in pain. Thank you Alanna and ace physio! I would highly recommend going to this clinic.

Have been going to this clinic for Physiotherapy since last year and it has been an overall good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the clinic is always clean. My physiotherapist is Caitlin and she is great at what she is doing. She always shows me new exercises to strengthen my back as well as massaging tense areas to help me relax. Always looking forward to my appointments. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Great help, very nice and easy access. My condition improved quickly and the follow up was good too. 100% recommend.
