DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO THESE BUTCHERS. First of all, ALL of their 5-Star Reviews here are 100% FAKE and/or paid for (same goes for their Yellow Pages ads). Rarely do I review businesses on Google, but this is one of those times where I feel I need to help others who are thinking of taking their precious device to these people who's front is fixing phones. I needed a new screen on my (very expensive) Mate 10. They quoted me $300 to fix it and I agreed, since it is not a very popular device in Canada. I waited one month, no calls... Finally after about 1.5 months, I called again and said the phone was ready.When picking the phone up, I noticed the home button was dangling by its wire... Honey (the owner) told me to be careful with the phone and that I would need a better case. I thought, 'OK, this is NOT cool, but i will just crazy glue it and not worry too much.' When I arrived home, I took the phone out of the case, and that's when I noticed the entire back of the phone was smashed and then the back fell right off (see attached images for examples of how I received my repaired" phone). Then I noticed the "new" screen replacement wasn't even put back properly... Despite all of this

I`m not very tech savvy and was very glad when I met Farwa at her former place of Employment. She has helped me out greatly with both my computer and cell phones. Quick and excellent service and repairs. I`ve been following and dealing with her for a number of years and have onlygood things to say about her knowledge and service. She goes out of her way to help and I highly recommend FJay`s Celltronics.

Would never use again. Dropped off 2 phones and they called back saying it would cost $200 more then original quote, payed to fix volume and power button replace and they tried giving the phone back with the power button moving around in the back of the phone saying we just have to be careful with it and the volume button as well is still super stiff and hard to click. After they sent the phone out to get the power button done else where it still moves around and doesnt work properly. In the end I paid for nothing fixed properly. Not impressed.

FJ's Celltronics is a great repair shop if your looking need a quick fix and a good price!!! Very reliable and trustworthy!!! I recently cracked my phone case downtown and needed it fixed. While googling for near by shops I stumbled across FJ's! I am not good with technology so anyone who is smart with technology makes me nervous. However, FJ's Celltronics is one of the most comfortable places I have ever walked into. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. They were so helpful and kind!!! The owner walked me through the repair process and gave me a sweet discount! FJ's is very reliable!!!! Very pleased with my repaired phone and works like brand new!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
