Great experience and definetly recommend to anyone interested in trying their hands at this skill. Instructors are knowledgeable and guide you through the whole process to make sure you have fun and are happy with the end results.I would suggest bringing a coat if you are doing this in the winter since you might get cold when the forges go out/in between sequences.Such an amazing activity.

Wonderful experience! We took the axe/war hammer course. Very impressed with the entire course. The instructor was safety conscious, extremely knowledgeable and made everything very accessible. There was no step that wasn’t clear or unattainable for us to complete. The instructor made sure everyone felt welcomed and included. The facility is easy to find, lots of parking and very clean and organized. Would highly recommend!

It was an awesome day, and a great experience. I had so much fun. If you were ever thinking about trying forging, this is the place. Spencer was a great instructor as he took the group through the steps to make a great knife.

I had a great time attending the knife forging class this past weekend. It covered all the basic techniques and process of building a knife from flat bar to a functional tool. It was a safe place to learn and the staff were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking a course if you haven’t yet. Could be a great gift idea as well for someone who likes to build/make stuff. Oh and they also carry some black smithing supplies!

Attended the knife making class, instructed by Spencer. The experience was great. The instructions were easy to follow, and the instructor was efficient and concise in his direction. I'm happy with the final results of my first attempt. I would happily return for another of the same class or try one of the others they offer.

Bought this experience for my husband for Christmas, chose the knife making. It was a great day we had a lot of fun and learned something new. Josh the owner was out teacher and he really knows what he is talking about plus he is encouraging and helpful. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. It is hard work but the day passes fast and you come out with a knife that you made. We will certainly be back would like to try one of the other classes but may even come back just for the knife again. There are infinite possibility’s of how your design will end up.

This place is awesome. The best place to go if you are interested in learning about Blacksmithing as a hobbyist or as a career! I have taken multiple courses and will continue in the future. Looking forward to doing metal casting!

Bought my husband and his buddies the knife course for his birthday. All I can say is, BEST GIFT EVER. They all had a blast. My husband said Josh was the greatest teacher, and he and his friends are planning to make this a regular thing. Thank you for offering such a cool service! We'll definitely be back.
