I am a long time fan of Mezza and thier variety of foods. I am partial to falafels (love the wraps!).However, tonight on my way by the Tantallon Mezza, I made an error in judgement. I went inside the Tantallon outlet. I ordered. Oyy ... I should have waited and gone to the Lacewood location!The wrap was a long time in coming (the cook was busy texting and likely did not hear the kind wait staff order the falafels the first time), there was no one in line. Nobody but myself, and my partner, and the wait staff pre-made it, then once the falafel was finally ready, it was too late-- the wrap disintegrated because it had sat too long with the vegetables; so the wonderful juices made it too soggy to hold. Re-making it would have gone a long way to salvaging my relationship.I had to come home and try to crisp up a bit on the pannini press. I should have waited and gone to Lacewood. Waste of time and money tonight. Very disapointed!

Lunch specials are great way to lure you in. But you end up paying 80% of the full size dish and only get half the product.I was the only one there and I waited 10 mins for what was fries,lettuce,chicken and pickles .Better deals out there!!Just my two cents.

Food was really bad, I will never eat there again.Salad was slimmy, fries had been reheated in oil that was too cool therefore were soggy, chicken was very poor, small. I'm giving one star for parking and location being good.

Delicious falafel plates! Only the plastic utensils and bowl gave it away that we weren’t in a high end restaurant. Our taste buds are looking forward to our next visit at Mezza Lebanese Kitchen. Well done!

On multiple occasions this has been the worst Mezza (and food) I’ve had. I got back because I’m craving a shawarma and it’s the only one around. But I think I’m done now. Vegetables are always almost frozen and cut so thin. The pickled turnips have no flavour. They weight everything. And no extra sauce.

Filthy… the toilet looked like it had never seen soap and water. That’s the first thing.I’ve been to other locations and had great service, my food made with care and attention… not this location. The guy did not like his job and customer service was the farthest thing from his mind, jamming the ingredients carelessly into my chicken shawarma, ripping the wrap, all the pickled turnip ended up at one end rather the spread through the wrap, so my first 5 bites were nothing but that. Hope the owner/manager takes customer feedback seriously because this location is a massive disappointment.Update: the fact that this review was done 3 weeks ago and Mezza has not / does not reply to reviews or acknowledge customer feedback just proves that they do not care about their appalling service.

I usually get the two piece souvlaki plate with fries and Greek salad, every bite is delicious! Sometimes I get a piece of baklava which is also very good. Friendly staff :)

Used to love this place. Prices have gotten ridiculous! Last order was missing items.(2 pitas) I was also charged for items that should have came with the meal order(sauces). I double checked. Sorry but I think we are through Mezza! Food was great, but customer service is gone down hill and the value is gone.
